1. Scarica il file ZIP di Wp Dockbar ed estrailo.
2. Carica la cartella della dockbar su “/wp-content/plugins/” utilizzando un client FTP.
3. Vai nella sezione “plugins” del pannello di amministrazione di Wordpress e attiva il plugin della dockbar.
4. Vai su “Manage -> Link categories” e aggiungi una nuova categoria chiamata: “dockbar”.
1. Vai su “Write -> Link” e riempi i campi: “Nome”, “Indirizzo Web” (sarà l’url dell’elemento nella Dock) e “Descrizione”.
2. Seleziona “dockbar” come Categoria per il Link
3. Seleziona “Avanzato -> Inidirizzo Immagine” e aggiungi l’url dell’icona per l’elemento della dock.
4. Seleziona “Mantieni questo link privato” e clicca su “Salva”.
Potrai utilizzare un illimitato numero di Elementi per la Dock. Potrai ottenere i migliori risultati utilizzando immagini di 128×128 px di risoluzione. Potrai anche utilizzare PNG con trasparenza alfa, pienamente supportati anche in Internet Explorer 6.

I think your problem is in CSS code of your Theme.
Actually not is possible to choose the position of Dockbar. It will display at the top of your theme.
In the future, I will release a new version where you can chose position

I have a local blog wordpress’ based. I try to install this plugin, but it doesn’t works. I make it step by step, but nothing to do.. on the address of image, if I have upload photo in local, what address i have to put in? Thank you!
